  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship within Pakistan only (Currently).

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days across major cities, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and others.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

  • Express Shipping (where available): Delivered within 1-3 business days for an additional charge.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders above PKR [Insert Amount].

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order on the courier’s website or through our store’s tracking portal.

Damages & Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days at zinmeerjewells@gmail.com

  • We will assist with replacements or refunds as per our Return & Refund Policy.
