At ZinmeerJewells, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at zinmeerjewells@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
